Local Shipping

We use The Courier Guy, Internet Express, DHL and Postnet . If you purchase more than one item I am happy to combine items, where possible, to reduce your shipping costs.

All our items are carefully wrapped for a secure journey and will be posted to you within 24 hours, after your payment has been cleared.

If insurance is required please inform us early so we can supply you with a quote or you are more than welcome to use your own insurance.

Once your items have been despatched your tracking number will be sent to you.

International Shipping

Keepsakes gladly accepts orders from all around the world. Please note, unfortunately, our check-out platform is only set up to accept purchases that are shipped within South Africa, as our delivery costs are reasonably standard and are automatically added when an order is placed.

Should you be interested in placing an order from outside of South Africa, please drop us a line and we will try and find the most cost effective method of getting your purchase to you.

Depending on the item and the delivery address for your order, shipping rates and fees may vary. If insurance is required please inform us early so we can supply you with a quote or you are more than welcome to use your own insurance. Items are posted on clearance of payment and posted as quickly as possible. All our items are carefully wrapped, for a secure journey, to most countries around the world. Items are sent by international airmail however courier options (DHL is our preferred courier) are also available. You may be required to pay duty and taxes on your purchase, please acquaint yourself with your countries laws and customs regulations. Where customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays in delivery beyond our control.

Our intention is to have happy and satisfied customers, who love what they have bought. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or receive a credit to purchase anything, at any stage, on our online store, to the same value.

We will accept returned goods, for exchange/credit under the following conditions:

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item to let us know of your intention to return the goods.
Items must be returned, within 10 working days of delivery, in the same condition as they were received by you. Damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs and insurance are for the customer’s account.
